TruckRouter Terms of Use                       

Safety Notice

TruckRouter is a route planning and estimation tool only.
TruckRouter is not a navigation system and must not be relied upon as the sole source of routing information.
Route information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular vehicle, load, route, or operating condition.

Drivers, carriers, dispatchers, fleet operators, and vehicle owners remain solely responsible for:
Verifying all route information before use.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Following road signs, traffic controls, and official restrictions.
Verifying bridge clearances, weight limits, hazmat restrictions, and road suitability.
Evaluating actual road conditions, weather, construction, closures, detours, accidents, and other hazards.
Determining whether a route is safe and legal for a specific vehicle and load.

TruckRouter does not guarantee that any route is safe, legal, available, accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any vehicle or load.
TruckRouter does not provide transportation, engineering, surveying, legal, regulatory, safety, or professional advice.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using TruckRouter, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

License to Use the Serv ice

TruckRouter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful purposes.

You may not:
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to derive source code from the service.
Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download route data or content.
Access the service using automated tools except through authorized APIs.
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

Third-Party Data

TruckRouter relies on mapping, routing, geographic, and other information provided by third parties.
TruckRouter does not independently verify all route attributes, restrictions, clearances, road classifications, or geographic information.
TruckRouter makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, or reliability of any third-party data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKROUTER AND RELATIVITY SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF OMISSIONS OR INACCURACIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKROUTER, RELATIVITY SYSTEMS LLC, ITS OWNERS, M EMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

USE OF THE SERVICE;
RELIANCE ON ROUTE INFORMATION;
VEHICLE DAMAGE;
PROPERTY DAMAGE;
CARGO DAMAGE;
PERSONAL INJURY;
DEATH;
REGULATORY VIOLATIONS;
FINES OR PENALTIES;
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
LOST PROFITS; OR
ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRUCKROUTER, RELATIVITY SYSTEMS LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRUCKROUTER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TruckRouter, Relativity Systems LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from:

Your use of the service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your operation of any vehicle based on information obtained through the service; or
Any claim brought by a third party arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ho uston, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

TruckRouter may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
